This page explains what information Sara collects when you use this website or sign up for the service, why it's collected, and who it's shared with. It's written to be accurate to what actually happens — not boilerplate.
When you sign up for the Starter plan or send a quick question through the forms on this site, we collect what you type into them: your name, email, company name, phone number, and (if provided) your own automation webhook URL. These forms are processed by our own automation (n8n) and saved to our private customer list. A copy is emailed to us so we can reply.
When you chat or talk with Sara on this website, your messages are sent to our own automation (n8n), which uses Google's Gemini AI to write her replies and generate her voice. If you talk out loud, your browser turns your speech into text before anything is sent to us; in some browsers (such as Chrome) that speech recognition is done by the browser maker's own service. Our automation keeps a short-term log of each conversation so we can fix problems and improve Sara's answers. Your conversation is also kept in your browser tab until you close it. If you book a test appointment, the name, phone number and time you give are saved to our private test calendar.
We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.
We don't share your information with any other third party.
If you're a Sara customer, the appointments, tickets, transfers, and callbacks your business receives are stored in your own Google Sheet and made available to you through the private dashboard and Chrome extension. This data is not publicly visible and is not shown anywhere on this marketing site.
You can ask us to delete your contact information or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. That includes any website chat conversations kept in our automation logs.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated directly to active subscribers by email.
