These are the terms for using Sara, an AI voice receptionist service. By signing up, you agree to the terms below.
Sara answers business phone calls, books appointments, logs support tickets, handles call transfers, and records callback requests. The Starter plan is $199/month and includes access to the private activity dashboard and Chrome extension. There is no separate setup fee.
The Starter plan is billed monthly. Depending on how your account was set up, payment may be collected automatically or arranged manually (for example, by bank transfer) — you'll be told which applies when you sign up. If you're on manual billing, your subscription is only active for the period you've paid for.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't refund the current billing period unless we agree otherwise.
We'll operate the service in good faith and let you know about any planned downtime or major changes. Sara is an AI system — while we test it carefully, it can occasionally misunderstand a caller or make a mistake, the same as any receptionist can. We're not liable for lost business resulting from an individual call going wrong, but we do want to know if it happens so we can improve it.

Either side can end the arrangement at any time. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice.
If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we'll email active subscribers before it takes effect.
